訂購

通過本網站訂購產品時，客戶保證他們有法律能力進入有約束力的合約，並能夠提供購買所需的準確、完整資料。客戶一旦訂講產品，會收到一封訂單確認電子郵件。該電子郵件僅為我們已收到此訂單的確認，並不保證訂單獲接納或產品有存貨。

價格、稅款和關稅

除非另有指定，本網站所顯示的價格以英鎊（GBP）為單位。英鎊價格並不包含英國法律適用的增值稅（VAT）。除非另有明確說明，否則價格不包括運費。客戶有責任支付由其支付服務提供商所收取的任何相關的貨幣轉換費、稅款或收費。

送貨

送貨資料

我們是一家位於英國的公司。我們提供到英國及海外（香港、台灣、澳洲、加拿大、美國和其他於網站系統中列出的國家）的送貨服務。我們會將產品發送至客戶在訂購過程中提供的送貨地址。客戶有責任確保送貨地址的準確和完整。由於客戶提供的不正確送貨資料而產生的任何額外費用，將由客戶自行承擔。

運費和送貨時間

運費將根據訂購貨品的重量和訂單目的地，在結帳時計算。我們一般來說會使用皇家郵政二等郵件服務（ Royal Mail 2nd Class）進行本地運送。海外訂單將使用國際非追蹤（標準）服務（Internaional Untracked (Standard)）進行運送。服務費用和郵寄時間參照相關的服務標準。然而，我們會根據不同情況隨時改用另一等別的服務。倘若皇家郵政（ Royal Mail）採取罷工行動導致延遲，則超出我們的控制範圍和責任。

請注意，對於海外訂單，客戶可能需要支付目的地國家徵收的海關費用、進口關稅、稅款和其他收費。在「價格、稅費和關稅」條款中所述的費用，均由您負責。

提供的任何預計交貨時間僅供參考，這或會因訂單量、運輸方式、海關清關和目的地等因素而有所變化。請注意，對於任何超出我們合理控制範圍的延遲，我們概不負責。

退貨和退款

根據消費者法規，客戶有權在收到貨物之日起的14天內取消訂單。取消要求應透過電子郵件以書面方式提出。客戶必須妥善保管貨物，不得使用，並且必須將貨物以原包裝退回。若貨物在運輸途中遺失或損壞，我們可能會向客戶收取相應的損失或損壞金額，或不退還相應款項。任何有關退貨／退款的請求，請電郵至 beanystore@greenbean.media。

請注意，我們可以對貨品、運費以及增值稅 VAT（如適用）進行退款。任何已經支付的「加碼支持」款項將無法退還。 

特別優惠

折扣碼

符合條件的客戶會將收到折扣碼，請在結帳時輸入折扣碼。敬請注意您可享受折扣的指定推廣期限，折扣碼將在推廣期限結束時失效。

免運費

英國的訂單滿 £50 可享受免運費優惠；海外的訂單滿 £100 可享受免運費優惠。此優惠包括產品費用，不包括英國境內訂單的增值稅(VAT)，亦不包括郵費。對於使用折扣碼的客戶，英國訂單的 £50 和海外訂單的 £100，是指使用折扣碼後的價格。

所有知識產權，包括 (1) 網站的內容、(2) 產品設計、(3) 產品當中插圖的著作權、商標和其他專有權利，均為 Green Bean Production Ltd 的專有資產。嚴禁任何未經事前書面批准的授權使用。

產品使用許可

通過購買產品，Green Bean Production Ltd 給予您有限、不可轉讓且非獨有的使用許可，僅供個人使用。未經我們事先書面同意，您不得為任何商業目的複製、分發、修改或利用產品或其插圖。

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and your purchase of products from Green Bean Production Ltd. Please read these terms carefully before using the website or ordering any product from us. By using the website or ordering products from us, the customers agree to be bound by these terms.

Ordering and Payment

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our website are accurately described and priced. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct such errors and to revoke any offer or sale. We also reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

Placing an Order

By placing an order through the website, the customers warrant that they are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and providing accurate and complete information required for the purchase. Once a customer places an order, he/she will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment that we have received such an order but does not guarantee acceptance or availability of the product.

Prices, Taxes and Duties

The prices displayed on the website are in British pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified. All prices in GBP do not include the legally applicable VAT in the United Kingdom (UK). Prices exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. The customers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees, taxes, or charges levied by the customers’ payment provider.

Orders from outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs, VAT, and other taxes and fees imposed by their local institutions. These fees are not included in the price of the product or the shipment cost. Please be aware that these fees can vary depending on the customer’s location and the products purchased. We recommend that customers check with the local customs office to determine what fees may apply to such an order. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance levied by the importing places are the customers’ sole responsibility. 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Information

We are a UK-based company. We offer shipping to the UK and overseas to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, the USA, and other countries listed in our system.  We ship the product to the shipping address provided by the customers during the ordering process. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure accuracy and completeness of the shipping address. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customers shall be borne by themselves.

Delivery Cost and Time

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. For delivery in the UK, we normally use Royal Mail 2nd Class service. International orders are shipped using International Untracked (Standard) service. The service charges and postage time adhere to relevant service standards. Please note we may choose different classes of service to handle the orders under different situations. In the event of a Royal Mail service strike, delays are beyond our control and responsibility.

Please be reminded that for international orders, customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such fees or charges are the customers’ responsibility as stated under the clause “Prices, Taxes and Duties”. 

Any provided estimated delivery time is intended as an estimate and may be subject to variation due to factors such as order volume, shipping method, customs clearance, and destination. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds 

Under Consumer Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their orders as long as they do so no later than 14 days after the day on which they receive the products. The request should be made in writing by email. Customers must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them, and they must be returned in their original packaging. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge the customers, or not refund to them, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.  Any request about return/refund can be sent to beanystore@greenbean.media.

Please note that we can issue refunds for the products, shipping costs, and VAT (if applicable). Any "extra support" payments that have already been made are non-refundable.

Special Offer

Discount Code

Eligible customers will receive the discount code in advance. Please apply the code during checkout. Kindly note the specified promotional period applicable to the discount you are entitled to. The code will expire at the end of the promotional period.

Free Shipping

In the UK, orders over £50 are eligible for free shipping; for overseas orders, free shipping is for orders over £100. This offer covers the cost of the products, excluding VAT for orders within the UK as well as postage fee. 

For customers using discount codes, the £50 for UK orders and £100 for overseas orders refer to the price after the discount has been applied.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All intellectual property, including the copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights of (1) content of this website, (2) products, and (3) illustrations in the products, are the exclusive assets of Green Bean Production Ltd. Any unauthorised use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Use of Product

By purchasing the product, Green Bean Production Ltd. grants you a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the product for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the product or its illustrations for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from us.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

When customers place orders and make payments on our website, their data, including order details and payment information, is securely transmitted and stored on the payment platform. It is important to note that this payment platform operates independently of Green Bean Production Ltd.

Use of Data

We use the shipping address provided by our customers solely for the purpose of delivering their orders. We do not download or store such data as well as other personal data from our customers.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
