退款政策 Refund Policy

1. 退貨期限 Return Window
根據英國《消費者合約規例》，您有權在收貨後 14 日內取消訂單並申請退款，無需提供理由。
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
2. 退貨條件 Return Conditions
退貨申請須符合以下條件：
All return requests must meet the following conditions:
- 商品必須未開封、未使用，並保持原有包裝 Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- 退貨申請必須在收貨後 14 日內以電郵提出 Return requests must be submitted by email within 14 days of receipt
- 退貨運費由買家自行承擔 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- 如商品在退貨運輸途中遺失或損壞，退款金額可能因此有所調整 If goods are lost or damaged during return transit, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly
3. 不可退款項目 Non-Refundable Items
以下項目恕不退款：
The following are non-refundable:
- 「加碼支持」（extra support）捐款 "Extra support" contributions
- 已使用或損壞的商品 Used or damaged items
- 商品已開封 Opened items
4. 退款處理 Refund Processing
退款將包括商品費用、運費及英國境內適用的增值稅（VAT）。退款將透過原付款方式發還，一般在我們確認收到退貨後 5–10 個工作天內處理。
Refunds will cover the product cost, shipping fees, and applicable UK VAT. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us confirming receipt of the returned item.
5. 損壞或錯誤商品 Damaged or Incorrect Items
如您收到損壞或錯誤的商品，請在收貨後 48 小時內電郵至 beanystore@greenbean.media，並附上訂單編號及相關照片。我們將安排退款或重新發貨。
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email beanystore@greenbean.media within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
6. 申請退貨 How to Request a Return
請電郵至 beanystore@greenbean.media，並提供以下資料：

- 訂單編號 Order number
- 退貨原因 Reason for return
- 商品照片（如適用） Photos of the item (if applicable)
我們將在 2–3 個工作天內回覆您的退貨申請。
