我們由英國發貨，目前提供以下地區的送貨服務：
We ship from the United Kingdom to the following destinations:
- 英國本地 United Kingdom
- 香港、台灣 Hong Kong, Taiwan
- 澳洲、加拿大、美國 Australia, Canada, United States
- 其他於結帳時列出的國家 Other countries listed at checkout
2. 送貨時間 Estimated Delivery Times
以下為預計送貨時間，由訂單確認後起計（工作天）：
The following are estimated delivery times from order confirmation (business days):
英國本地 United Kingdom 5–7 個工作天 5–7 business days（皇家郵政二等 Royal Mail 2nd Class）
香港 / 台灣 Hong Kong / Taiwan 7–14 個工作天 7–14 business days
澳洲 / 加拿大 / 美國 Australia / Canada / USA 14–21 個工作天 14–21 business days
其他海外地區 Other international 14–21 個工作天 14–21 business days
以上為估算時間，實際送達日期可能因海關清關、節假日或物流情況而有所延誤。我們對超出合理控制範圍的延誤概不負責。
These are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or logistics conditions. We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
3. 運費 Shipping Costs
運費將於結帳時根據訂單重量及目的地計算。
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
免運費優惠 Free Shipping:
- 英國訂單滿 £50 免運費 Free shipping on UK orders over £50
- 海外訂單滿 £100 免運費 Free shipping on international orders over £100
（以上門檻以商品價格計算，不包括增值稅及運費；如使用折扣碼，以折扣後價格為準）
(Thresholds are based on product price excluding VAT and shipping; if using a discount code, the threshold applies to the discounted price)
4. 訂單處理時間 Order Processing Time
訂單一般於確認後 1–3 個工作天內處理及發貨。繁忙時期（如節日）可能需要較長時間。
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. During busy periods (e.g. festive seasons) processing may take longer.
5. 追蹤訂單 Order Tracking
英國本地訂單使用皇家郵政二等服務，一般不提供追蹤編號。海外訂單使用國際標準（非追蹤）服務寄出，如需追蹤服務，請在下單前聯絡我們查詢。
UK domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and do not typically include a tracking number. International orders are shipped via International Untracked (Standard) service. If you require tracked shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
6. 海外稅款及關稅 Customs, Duties & Taxes
海外訂單可能須繳交目的地國家的進口關稅、增值稅及其他費用。此類費用由買家全權負責，並不包含於商品價格或運費之內。我們建議您在訂購前向當地海關查詢相關費用。
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
